General Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Centers

What You’ll Do

• Lead field execution on large-scale data center projects ($200M+).
• Supervise and mentor superintendents, assistant supers, field engineers, and trade partners.
• Oversee structural, MEP, commissioning, logistics, safety, and startup teams.
• Drive daily/weekly management cadence: subcontractor coordination, look-ahead planning, and site leadership.
• Partner with commissioning teams to ensure seamless system turnover.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador—fostering teamwork, accountability, and long-term commitment.
